Dr. Jason A. Bowen

Senior Pastor

Pastor Jason loves being around people and preaching & teaching the Word of God. He and his family are big sports fans and love being outdoors. Pastor Jason has his Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Communication from UT Knoxville, GO VOLS; Master of Arts in Communication from Arkansas State University; Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; and his Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from The Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He became a senior pastor in 2002 and has served in that capacity here at CRBC since December 2024.

Dale Stokes

Worship Leader

Dale and his wife, Susan, joined CRBC in August 2025, following a year of retirement from full-time music ministry. His love for the Lord, leading people in worship, and especially his involvement with the choir, led him back into ministry. 

He began his music career playing secular music at the age of 15. Dale gave his life to Jesus at the age of 21. Later, God placed a calling on his life to serve as a Music and Worship Leader. Dale surrendered to God’s call and has served in church music and ministry for 35+ years. He has also served on the mission field in Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Thailand.  

When not attending a grandchild’s sporting event, Dale and Susan enjoy traveling.

Robert Sullivan

 Student and Technology Pastor

Robert has served on staff since 2013 and leads the Student Ministry. Robert graduated with a degree in Youth Ministry in 2010. Robert and Amanda have a heart for the students who will one day be leaders in churches, and they have a desire to equip them through the Bible to help prepare them for their future. Outside of church, both Robert and his wife enjoy hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing whenever they get a chance to enjoy the outdoors. 

Kim Bryant

Children’s Director

Kim and her family have been members of CRBC for many years, and she has served in the children’s ministry quite extensively throughout her time here.  In 2022, she became a staff member and organized all things regarding the children’s ministry. Her daughter Hannah also teaches along side her and is a huge asset to her ministry.
