Dr. Jason A. Bowen

Senior Pastor

Pastor Jason loves being around people and preaching & teaching the Word of God. He and his family are big sports fans and love being outdoors. Pastor Jason has his: Bachlors of Arts & Sciences in Communication from UT Knoxville, GO VOLS; Master of Arts in Communication from Arkansas State University; Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; and his Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from The Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He became a senior pastor in 2002 and has served in that capacity here at CRBC since Dec. of 2024.

Robert Sullivan

Student and Technology Pastor

Robert has served on staff since 2013 and leads the Student Ministry. Both Robert and Amanda enjoy hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing.

Kim Bryant

Children’s Director

Kim and her family have been members of CRBC for many years, and she has served in the children’s ministry quite extensively throughout her time here.  In 2022, she became a staff member and organized all things regarding the children’s ministry. Her daughter Hannah also teaches along side her and is a huge asset to her ministry.

Jared Forgety

Worship Pastor

Jared has served as bi-vocational Worship Pastor at CRBC since the Spring of 2016. Jared, beautiful wife Rachel, and their three daughters live in Andersonville, TN. He is a graduate of the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Ky where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion. Jared enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, playing music, and cheering on the Vols.
